Susa's Bistro has made it to the Finnish Lapland Top 5 list in a popular French travel guide.

Story

As the daughter of a professional sea fisherman from Loviisa, and I came ashore in Kemijärvi in ​​2004, so I have been able to live in the midst of nature's bounty since I was a child.

I love food and cooking; it's nice to experiment with natural ingredients in different ways to find what develops from them.

I am happy when I have fresh Finnish ingredients at my disposal and I can make homemade lunches out of them.

I hope you like my taste-world too.
